At Craft Puzzles we offer 2 shipping methods to the United Kingdom:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Working Days): £4.99.
  

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 Working Days): FREE for orders over £100. For orders under £100, the rate is £2.99.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided by the courier. Our orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 24 hours.  The order cutoff time is 14:00 GMT. Orders that are made before 14:00 GMT are fulfilled on the same day.

Once your package is sent, an email will be sent to you containing the courier's details and a consignment number. This will enable you to track the progress of your order and estimate its expected arrival. The delivery time depends on the shipment method chosen by the customer.
